Our goal was to differentiate Siam Body & Soul as a wellness brand and increase sales. We proposed an overall refresh and uplift of the brand, which was a slightly outdated.
Solution
The first step was to research and see how customers perceived the brand.
Following that we created a brand story with the tagline ‘Feel Good, Do Good’. The concept was that once people took care of themselves, mentally and physically, (“Feel Good”) they would be in a great position to “Do Good” to their families and community.
We incorporated the brand story and concept into a photoshoot, video shoot, graphic design for social media and new logo. We then created content for their new blog and social media, along with targeted social ads. We also suggested a unique tea blend in the waiting area to welcome guests to the salon.
