Objective
Our objective was to differentiate Hercules, showcasing the brand’s craftsmanship and attention to detail. As a family business Hercules wanted to communicate their values and share their story in an interesting and engaging way.
Solution
We interviewed everybody from the management team and thekey team players and held a workshop with other team members to understand what the company believes in and where their values lie.
We then created a brand story that included the core values of the company, and the obstacles that they are helping their clients overcome. The story made their customers their heros and we included Hercules’ solution. One of the most important components in a story is the change the company wants to make and what the company stands for.
Way created a beautiful brand story that represents the brand and their values. To summarize the story we created the following tagline: Go Create, Go Innovate.
Once we created the story we designed social media content to help them launch and communicate their story.
Results
Hercules now has a new story that effectively differentiates them from competitors on a level unconnected with price points. This gives the brand an opportunity to connect with their current and potential customers on a more meaningful level.
