Our objective was to create a brand story, rebrand, create a new image for UTVV and create engaging content.
We started with product research, interviewing the management and the whole team to understand what values the team had. We hosted a brand workshop with the whole team to understand and develop brand tone of voice, brand archetype and brand story.
Once we worked on the brand development and story development, we created new brand guidelines, new brand story that positions the customer as the hero and all the designs for the event.
For our content marketing strategy, we interviewed potential customers and current customers to have a better understanding of why customers buy. We created a content strategy that was custom for the brand and executed the strategy with high quality imagery.
The results were spectacular as we increased social engagement by 635%, social presence had a 14% increase, follower change: 2,671% increase and we reached 19.3k people which was 254% increase.
