Objective
The majority of Sparta’s sales were coming from wholesale. The company decided to go directly to the consumer. Our task was to position Sparta Novelty as a global e-commerce store. We had to differentiate the brand, rebrand and create engaging content.
Solution
We started with the foundation – the brand story. We created an authentic brand story that focused on confidence. The tagline of the story was ‘You against the world’.
In the process we did a lot of research including consumer research, and looked for consumer behaviour patterns. We then moved to step two and rebranded the brand from Astir Shoes to Sparta Novelty.
We worked on a comprehensive marketing strategy that combined business and marketing goals. We focused on creating a content strategy that would help us achieve our aims..
Once everything was in place, we started executing by creating content, running targeted ads on social media and building our mail list.
